Beaugrand Township is a general law township located in the Northeast portion of Cheboygan County, Michigan. It is 29.3 beautiful square miles that hugs the shoreline of Lake Huron.

​The township was organized in 1871 with Oliver Beaugrand serving as our first supervisor. The population of the township at that time was just under 600; it now has a population of 1168.
